Cancellation Policy
1. Full payment is due one week before event. 2. To cancel Photo Booth Booking, please contact us at least four (4) days in advance. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. At Template's discretion rebooking can be allowed. 3. Photo Booth will be set up and Attendant will be in place 30 minutes before photo booth rental time. 4. In the event that the Photo Booth is damaged during your event due to guests negligence, there will be an additional $1000 replacement fee. Your credit card will be kept on file for booking. 4. If the event goes on longer than expected, client will be billed an additional $200 per hour. We strive to provide the best quality service and equipment for our customers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our booking policy.
